The start of a new year should be an exciting and transforming time. A time when naturally many people take a moment to reflect on the year that they have just experienced. A few people use this moment to make decisions about their lives and so a New Year can be an incredible catalyst for change. Often however people despite not fulfilling their life’s potential choose to accept the status quo and do nothing. This is still a choice.

I recently attended a business event and the guest speaker was the Chairman of The Royal Scottish National Orchestra. During his speech he gave thanks for the opportunity to be working at the RSNO and shared his secret of a great career with us. He told us that he had never set out to work at the RSNO or any of the other of the privileged posts he had had. However he then revealed that instead he that made a very simple intention, that every job he would have in his life’ would be a huge adventure. A simple but clearly powerful thought.

There is a secret in universal law. The secret is this, that inherent in every intention and desire is the mechanics for its fulfilment. Pure potential is still until it is sparked into action by our intentions and desires setting in motion a powerful energy and force. Why?  because your intentions and desires are normally focused on something we would LOVE to do, be or have. When you introduce any intention or desire in the fertile ground of LOVE you have placed it in the care of the highest energy and put the infinite organisational force in life to work for you.

When you focus thought you have the power to transform. With this power inherent in you, you can change the energy and information of your world and cause things to manifest in the most efficient way possible. 
This infinite organising power is found in a flower, a cell and a snowflake. Since meeting you on Thursday evening I have been thinking positively and on Friday drew a visualisation of our family, including our missing cat Smudge who as you know disappeared from our garden almost a week ago.

Amazingly, all our efforts were rewarded and we received a call tonight that she’d been spotted in a garden about half a mile away. Apart from looking a bit on the thin side, she looks incredibly well and has clearly been taking care of herself. As the days went on, I was starting to think we may never see her again and that your comment about “looking forward to seeing Smudge” would never come to fruition but you’re most welcome to visit any time you’re over in Edinburgh – just let me know and I’ll get the kettle on!

I can’t thank you enough for your inspiration and if I ever needed evidence that positive thinking works then I’ve just had it! She was mum’s cat, disappeared 2 years to the day since she passed away, and we found her on Mothers Day. And when I went in to see her after we brought her back, there lying on the carpet was a little white feather…. and white feathers are another story!

Thank you for making Saturday 19th march a day I will remember positively and with love always.

The day started exceptionally well for me personally as I got a massive love filled hug from Christine for being the first person to give a great answer to her question. I also received a prize of a fantastic little book called ‘Braver than you think’ and these acts of appreciated kindness just blew me away and we had only just started the day! 

I loved the content of the course and have taken so much from it to change my life now. I am 40 years old and have spent these years worrying and telling myself I don’t deserve wealth and happiness that’s for other people not me! 

I now love life and believe I deserve all the great things including wealth and happiness that come into and enrich my life and the life of my friends and family. 

The first thing I did when I got home last night (after feeding my beautiful and hungry dog) was to buy a ‘gratitude’ app on my iPhone and I wrote my gratitude journal for Saturday – the feelings I got doing this are pretty indescribable! Let’s just say it’s off the scale of positivity!! It’s 7am on Sunday now and I have already written my gratitude journal for today and WOW what a day today is. 

I have read books and attended courses in the past that I’ve enjoyed and taken things from but until now I’ve never mastered the art of living a life free from worry and going for what I truly deserve. I am now doing it.

To me, this course was real and genuine. Christine, you are so full of love and display a genuine desire and need to help others. I can already see a place for you in the history books alongside people like Andrew Carnegie, Bill Gates, Mother Teresa to name but a few. I’m babbling on so I’ll sign off – I just woke up this morning with a great desire to write this email.

 Thanks again to you and all your team for a fantastic day and the rest of my happy and successful life.

When we have any negative thoughts, emotions or beliefs we contract and dis-allow energy to flow through us therefore limiting the flow or attraction of the good things we know we deserve to us. in other words we diminish our attractiveness!

The Unlock Process is a simple thee step process that simply helps you to STOP in the moment and refocus on what you really want and EXPAND your energy. The Unlock Process quickly works on the negative emotions and feelings that stop you attracting your desires.

 The Key is to CREATE a habit of UNLOCKING whenever your Emotional TOM TOM tells you that you are on a negative VIBE.

  THE UNLOCK PROCESS 

 STEP 1 – Think about an Issue or challenge that is worrying you at the moment.

STEP 2 – Now come down into you body put your focus on your body and find where you have a strong negative emotion and Focus on that area.

Welcome the feeling remember its is only an energy and energy can flow out just as easily as it flows in.

STEP 3 – Imagine there is a door in this area and it’s locked. Simply take your key and unlock the door and imagine the negative energy travel out through the door.

Watch the energy and feel it just disappear.

Repeat this until the negative sensations have gone.

REMEMBER – This process works at a very deep level and the very fact that you have paused to stop is an UNLOCKING process on its own !

REPEAT   REPEAT   REPEAT  

Your task this week is to practice The Unlock Process three times per day.

Keep practicing it until you remove every level of negative emotions and energy

Increasingly I was aware that it was something I needed to understand and embrace for myself and as with all “perceived” challenges I have ……………my solution was to send out an intention via my vision board and here it is………………

I will attract the best support to help my business grow and thrive

So here is what happened

Last month I launched The Key at a BNI conference in Glasgow and met some amazing people including the incredibly lovely Penny Powers Founder of ECADEMY and author of the social media book KNOW ME LIKE ME FOLLOW ME

I bought Penny’s book and she was very kind and gifted me her little poem book When I Understood Social Media (I recommend you buy both)

Two weeks later I headed off to tour Morocco and took these little power gems with me WOW was I blown away with how simply & emotionally Penny articulated this subject of Social Media

But the most amazing thing was The Law of Attraction connection. The message was quite clear  

We create our opportunities through our vibrations , words & pictures and by sending out clear intentions to attract the people, places and events to help us thrive & grow. Social media is making this happen everywhere and all the time. We just need to allow it   

The magic is everywhere you just have to connect and BE YOU or in my case BE ME

When I understood I should embrace & love social media

I “asked” for support for our vision

I asked for the fear of not understanding, not knowing how? or what? or who to be taken away

I waited and as I suspected it would do …………it arrived

I went to a conference, to an event and was blown away

I met Penny by “chance” and

I took my opportunity to connect

I watched, I listened, I heard, I sensed, I knew

I was curious

I wanted to learn more

I bought a book and was gifted a smaller one ……………. a poem with love

I visited Morocco

I chose my books and I read

I read in the sun, at the beach, in the desert, in the mountains, on the terrace

I was inspired

I discovered my theories of attraction and the internet & media were true

I was not alone in my beliefs

I felt relieved and secure

I discovered that through words

I could know so much about another person at a hugely deep level

I was excited

I recognised there are many people who are on their own wonderful journeys

I discovered their secret  

I made a commitment to apply their wisdom  

I understood ……….

to know me

to like me  

to follow me

I just had to BE ME

I can do that

I thought…………..how simple how sensible how magical

I felt enormous gratitude

Remember you are always attracting, so The Law of Attraction  is always working.

The question is are you always in the right vibration for it to help you attract your desires ?

 “The speed at which the Law of Attraction works is in direct relation to how much you believe in your desire ?

The Key is to remove doubt and limiting beliefs and allow your desires to manifest much quicker.

After listening to Christine speak about The Law of Attraction and THE KEY Course Michele was so energised that the Law of Attraction got to work instantly !

However, I just wanted to let you know that the attraction of good things began the very next morning and I’m really excited to share this with you. 

I’m wondering if you put something out to the universe for all who attended? 

I had to share it with you as the list is HUGE!  And I think it’s something that will interest you.

I have 3 businesses: skincare consultant with Arbonne, professional bellydance and photography.  I love them all passionately and feel blessed that after choosing to take redundancy from a ’safe’ job with pension plan etc, that I no longer enjoyed, I am now workng freelance doing all the things I adore most (and I believe that abundance began to manifest itself from the day I took the decision to come on your course).

1. The very next morning, I got a call from the Glasgow Housing Association to say they wanted to book me to teach bellydance for 10 weeks to tenants and staff – and they are happy to pay me my full rate.  I’m absolutely delighted to be able to teach women self-confidence via dance. 

2. I then received a call from the camera repair shop, letting me know that my camera is not broken, and they will explain the problem I was having with it when I pick it up.  I still intend to own the camera you’re now kindly visualising with me, but that is great news.

3. Really really exciting news: I also yesterday heard from a contact, letting me know that one of my photographs is a finalist in the British Institute of Professional Photography Awards that will be held on 23rd May at Duck Bay Marina.  Christine, I really would appreciate a visualisation from you for me to be the person accepting that award.

There is more, believe it or not.

4. I found out yesterday that I have been booked – very kindly, courtesy of the formidable and incomparable, Mandi Moore – to be the photographer at the huge annual BNI conference in June.  And I will recelve a huge amount of advertising for this.  This is wonderful considering Mandi knows many people in BNI capable of the job as there is a photographer in every BNI chapter.

5. I substituted for a BNI member at their chapter this morning and I chose to promote bellydance as confidence and self-esteem building for women.  (I dance mostly at weddings, hen parties, communities groups and have private clients also).  As a result of that, I have 3 people interested in finding me work and introducing me to their contacts and also a newspaper publisher wants to do a piece on me if I can think of an interesting angle.

6. The photographer at the BNI chapter I visited this morning has also signed me up as a model and we’re going to do a 1950s style pin-up photoshoot in the first instance, then work together on other projects.

7. A wedding and event’s planner has asked to put my details and a link to me on her website.

Not bad for a day and a half!!!  I have a feeling that I’ll be pretty unstoppable after completing the Key course…
